Format

Stage 1 - Round Robin Qualifying on Minimum 8 Boards
Stage 2 - Sprint to Last 8 or Last 4 (Depending on entries)
Stage 3 - 5 Sets 3 x 501, 5 sets 3 x 501, 7 Sets 3 x 501

Qualifying Information

Stage One

1. Minimum 8 boards depending on entries.

2. Round Robin 6 or more players per board playing 501 best of 3

All boards will be as per current DFA/WADC Rankings

Stage Two

1. Last 16 or 32 to play to final 4 or 8.
Draw to be seeded as per current DFA/WADC Rankings.

2. If 32 qualifiers - to play best of 7 x 501
Surviving 16 to play best of 9 x 501
Until last 8 are qualified.

3. If 16 qualifiers - to play best of 7 x 501
Surviving 8 to play best of 9 x 501
Until last 4 are qualified.

Stage Three

1. Last 8 (if 32 qualifiers) to play:
3 Sets best of 3 x 501 - Last 4 will play 5 sets best 3 x 501 - last 2 to play 7 sets best of 3 x 501

2. Last 4 (if 16 qualifiers) to play:
5 Sets best of 3 x 501 - last 2 to play 7 sets best of 3 x 501

Food will be available from the Posters Kitchen during the day at a reasonable cost to the players.
